GreenMount Foods is a leading New Zealand food manufacturer providing world class meal components for food service, retail and manufacturing customers in Asia, USA, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Our premium quality products provide convenient, food-safe and cost effective meal preparation solutions.
Our production facilities in Hawke’s Bay and Tauranga are located close to sources of high quality raw materials, and logistics hubs and ports.
Our Origins
Founded in 1994 as CSI Processors Ltd and later acquiring Asado Food Solutions in Mt Maunganui, we partnered with a Hong Kong based food business and became GreenMount Foods in 2013.
We are known for providing consistently high quality foods using New Zealand’s best ingredients and rigorous quality control processes.
Our Connections
Across our team of 120 people we have expertise in formulating foods using dairy, seafood, vegetables, beef and lamb. Our food technologists and product development chefs work with our customers to design products specific to their needs. Our supply chain is strengthened by our long-standing relationships with local growers and farmers who share our commitment to excellence in food quality and safety.

Our facilities are independently audited by the New Zealand Ministry of Primary Industries and we have approved food safety and risk management programmes in place.
