We source New Zealand grown vegetables that are peeled, prepared, chopped and sautéed in our special Japanese Kajiwara sauté pans. We sauté with butter, oil, or your choice of blend for specific flavour requirements and can reduce to specific brix requirements.
We prepare pickles whole, diced or sliced from locally produced crops and selected international suppliers.
